Do you take "walk-ins"?

Yes Indeed! We believe it is important for a fun center to be flexible to your schedule. Therefore, KangaRoom is open 5 days a week for open bounce. The open bounce admission is $5.95 for children 2 and under, $9.95 for children age 3 to 17.  Non-playing infants and adults (over the age of 17) are free! Please note that a portion of the facility may be closed to open bouncers for exclusive parties, however, there is plenty of fun for everyone!!

NOTE: A section of KangaRoom may be blocked off to open bouncers for exclusive parties. Exclusive parties are held mainly on weekends, however, parties may be booked during the week.

Friday Family Night

At KangaRoom, we understand how important it is to spend time together as a family. Every Friday night from 6 to 8, your family can spend quality time at KangaRoom. Enjoy a 1 Large 1 Topping Pizza, a Pitcher of Soda, 2 Adults and Open Bounce for 2 children - - - all for only $32.95. Call 407 583-6122 to make a reservation.

Parent's Night Out

Bring the kids in and enjoy quality time alone.  The third Saturday of each month from 6:00pm-10:00pm, kids will enjoy, bouncing, arts and crafts, games, movies and music.  Includes pizza dinner.  Cost is $20 for the first child, and $15 for each additional child.  Reservations recommended.

What will I need to bring to the party?

As little as you like. Bring your birthday cake, candles and cake knife. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED, however, food and drink are available for purchase as an addition to your party. Paper goods are provided, but if you have a special theme for your party, you may bring in decorations. Please see additional party pleasers for ideas on how to make your party extra special.

Remember socks must be worn by all guests in the bounce arena and all guests must sign a waiver. Download and Print a Waiver

KangaRoom membership is loads of fun and an affordable way to bounce as often as you like. There is a one time $25 dollar registration fee, but no minimum is required. Please see membership terms for more information. Join the KangaRoom Club!

How many guests can I invite?

The number of guests included in the party package is listed for each party. Extra guests may be accomodated for an additional fee. All children who will be playing on the inflatables must have a wristband.  Each child attending the party will be given a color coded wristband that is specific to the party.  Adults, persons age 17 and older may attend at no charge.  Please limit number of extra adults invited to provide maximum comfort.

Do all parties have a private area?

All parties will have a private party room available to their guests for the full two hour party.  Food and beverage is not allowed in the play arena, so if you are bringing cake or buying food, please make sure guests keep it in the party room. We want to make sure that the bounce arena is clean for every guest. The party rooms are spacious and comfortable for party guests and their parents. We encourage parents to attend with their children, however, please remember KangaRoom is a children's entertainment center, and limit the number of additional adult guests.

When should I arrive for my party?

The birthday child should arrive 10 minutes prior to party time. This will give ample opportunity to check in, and sign release waivers before the guests arrive.

How do I book a party?

You may request a date on our website, drop in during open bounce hours, or call 407 583-6122 to reserve.

A 50% deposit of the party package price is required, and is refundable up to 30 days before the party date.  If an emergency arises within the 30 days before your party, we can assist you with rescheduling your event.  The final guest count and food order must be given 72 hours before the party.

Can I bring decorations?

Yes. You may bring in themed paper products, balloons, and utensils. We do not allow confetti, silly string, or streamers. Each party package includes paper products and utensils.

What should I bring to my party?

Your birthday cake, cake knife, matches and candles. Drinks and food may be ordered ahead. If you are not purchasing goodie bags from KangaRoom, they may be brought in as well.

When should I order food for guests?

Food must be ordered 72 hours prior to the party. Party guests' food is included in the Joey's, Jenna's and Bounce N Buddies packages. Additional food may be ordered for adults 72 hours in advance.  Once the food order is confirmed, the party host is responsible for purchase.

How can I make my child’s birthday extra special?

KangaRoom is committed to making our parties special events for each birthday child, and will customize each party with games and activities that are meaningful to the birthday child. We also offers several options to put a special touch on your child's party. Please check out our Options section following party packages.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We encourage you to visit often. Joining the KangaRoom Club makes frequent visits affordable. KangaRoom Club members receive a 10% discount on party packages.  The Bounce Back Pack includes 6 weekday bounce passes for only $40.

How long does the party last?

KangaRoom parties are two hours in duration.  They are action packed and full of fun.  Please inquire if you are interested in additional bounce time. 

Can I bring an adult?

Except for special events, children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Party guests may be dropped off as long as a waiver is signed giving the host parents responsibility for their child/children. During open bounce, adults must be accompanied by a child in order to enter the KangaRoom bounce arena.

Does each guest need to sign a waiver?

Each family is required to sign a waiver to play in the KangaRoom bounce arena. Individual family members may be listed on the same waiver.

Can we drop in anytime?

You bet! Open Bounce is available during all KangaRoom hours of business! One area of KangaRoom may be blocked for exclusive parties.
